I, hereby, accept to present the original documents immediately upon demand bythe concerned authorities of the Institute.
I, hereby, promise to abide by the admissible rules and regulations, concerning discipline, attendance, etc. of the Institute, and also to follow the Code of Conduct prescribed for the Students of the Institute, as in force from time to time and subsequent changes/modifications/amendment made thereto. I acknowledge that, the Institute has the authority for taking punitive actions against me for violation and/or non-compliance of the same.
I understand that, attendance in classes is compulsory and I commit myself to adhere to the same. I also understand, in case my attendance falls short, for any reason, the competent authority of the Institute may take such punitive action against me, as may be deemedfit and proper.
I, hereby declare that, I will neither join in any coercive agitation/strike for the purpose of forcing the authorities of the Institute to solve any problem, nor participate in any activity which has a tendency to disturb the peace and tranquillity of life of the campus and/or its premises.
I, hereby declare that, I willnotindulge in, nor tolerate ragging, in any form, even in words or intentions, and I accept to give an undertaking in the prescribed format forthe same.
I, hereby declare that, I shall be solely responsible for my involvement in any kind of undesirable / indisciplinary activities outside the campus, and shall be liable for punishment as per the law of the land. I, further understand that, the Institute shall in no way provide any support to me and will not be held responsible for my action.
I, also declare that, I am not suffering from any serious/contagious ailment and/or any psychiatric / psychological disorder.
I, further declare that, my admission may be cancelled, at any stage, if I am found ineligible and/or the information provided by me are found to be incorrect.
I, hereby undertake to inform the Institute, about any changes in information submitted by me, in the application form and any other documents, including change in addresses and phone nos., from time to time.

1. User Agreement

   You (the user) can access this website, subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed / updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of the institutions belonging to ADITANAR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION (AEI) as set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite term and you understand and agree that you are bound by such terms as long as you access this site.

2. Changes

   We reserve the right to add or change/modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all channels, or service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice. You will be deemed to have accepted such change/s if you continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes.

3. Registration

   When you register, you are registering as a personal user of our portal. Access to registration area is via your user name and password.

4. User Agreement

   3. You do not maliciously create additional registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor do you seek to pass yourself off as another user
   4. You comply with these terms and conditions

   If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of our portal without giving you any advance notice.

5. Charges / Fees Refund Policy

   The application fee is a payment that must be paid along with an application for enrolment in an institution. Application fees are non-refundable.

6. Copyright and Trademarks

   Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the property of AEI, its affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Termination of Registration

   If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has been terminated. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on our portal immediately.

8. Limited Permission to Copy

   You are permitted to print or download extracts from certain pages for your personal non-commercial use only. Any copies of these pages saved to disk or to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use. You may not (whether directly or through the use of any software program) create a database in electronic or structured manual form by regularly or systematically downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this site. No part of the Site may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other web site, nor may any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non-electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

    This agreement shall be governed by the Indian Law.

13. Jurisdiction

    The Courts in Chennai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of other courts.
